      Took my car keys for a recall fix, they decided to do check on my car and proceeded to tell me I desperately needed rear brakes and rotors. Would cost about $430....... I declined as I have a trusted mechanic I take my car to. Of course I took it to my mechanic and there is absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes or rotors. Unbelievable they expect to keep business when they are such a scam. As single working mom, I definitely depend on my vehicle and definitely have a tight budget. So uncalled for to leave there feeling like I've been preyed upon. If my car ever has another recall, I'll find another dealership to help me and be sure to stick to my trusted mechanic!

      I'm being HARASSED to death with mailed offers by General Manager Mike C**** , mailed out by Dan G***** to Buy my Pathfinder, the Problem is the mailed offers are made out to my Mother who Passed Away almost TWO Years ago **** ****** ********!! She Never Ever owned a Nissan! Then she has Never lived in Murfreesboro Tennessee. Stay Out of my personal records on my Pathfinder!! These Offers are SCAM , trying to get an individual to Buy one of their horrible cars.

      When we purchased our vehicle everything went smooth and easy. Now that it’s time to service after the sale, the experience has been terrible. We have a RECALL and they break something while fixing the recall and say we have to pay for it! Make it make sense. Because of your faulty part, you had to disassemble something and in that process YOU broke it. However, you want me to cover the cost and labor to fix it?? Nah, I’ll never purchase or service another vehicle there.

      I bought a used 2013 Nissan Quest van in November and was promised to have the front driver side tire and door; as well as having my van detailed, but every time I have called service department or Joseph N***** I get the run around on service department being busy. They have not given me my tags and registration either that was picked up on 12/24/2022. This dealership sold me a vehicle that did not go through inspection and was not tested before sealing the vehicle to me. They do not have the paperwork of where the vehicle passed inspection before selling it to me (even though I was verbally informed by Markis W******* my vehicle passed inspection and by law has to pass inspection before selling to a customer). I need my vehicle fixed ASAP.
