    Hired them to cut down several trees and clear out some saplings which they said they would grind down and remove fence and stack it up in back. Said they would make it smooth to ground. They were paid what they were owed but since I paid them at night when I got off work, I could not see well. They did not remove fence. They did not grind down saplings so I cant walk over it and my lawn guy cant mow over it. I removed the fence myself. It looks terrible. Worst of all they cut 1/3 of a large tree that was NOT supposed to be removed. ************************* stated he would fix the stubble and make it smooth but he has not fixed it yet. ***** said he cut the tree to keep it off the neighbors fence even though his wife told me earlier it was cut by accident. ***** said he would not finish cutting and grinding down the tree to make it look normal. Neighbor (fence owner) said tree was never in the fence. Had attorney *********************** send ***** a letter on 4/18/24 but I have not heard anything. ***** took over ************* business with phone number of ************. All this started on oct 6,2022 when ***** came to my house for an estimate. Cutting began oct 7, 2022.

    On 5/20/23, not many days after reporting ******* ************* he texted stating he was coming on 5/25  and asked exactly what I wanted. I told him I wanted him to complete what he offered and was paid to do and to discuss repair or destroy ************* he damaged. On may 25 he texted back stating he had an emergency and could we reschedule next week. I told him I would be home any day til June 3rd and to just give me a call. He said he would keep me posted. On June 5th I texted him asking if he had any idea when he was coming since I didnt hear from him on my time off. He did not reply. On June 6, I called but no answer and no reply.  Please continue to help. Thanks
