      The house was purchased March 2022 as brand new built house. Submitted a list of repairs that are covered in the one year warranty that are covered in October 2022. Sent multiple messages, they did fix some things on the list but there are still remaining items they never did repair. They also "repaired" the siding that was falling off and bulging out all over, but yet I had to hire another business to come properly fix the siding for another $1,500 (all within the one year coverage I was supposed to have). After the man they had "repair it", another piece fell off completely and they said it was fixed and wouldn't help any further. Not to mention they had a private meeting with him before they came to my property. A piece of my driveway completely cracked off just a few months after purchase and they said they would still plan on fixing it, that was March 9th 2022. No response since. Recently a electrician was just arrested for falsely inspecting homes electric. Their names are on the list of people who have been victim of this. I emailed and asked if there was any way to find out about this due to MAJOR safety concerns if my electric was never inspected, once again no answer. All I have ever asked this business to do is correct their errors and they want nothing to do with it. They made their money so no longer care about the rest.

      The vinyl siding was repaired. The  concrete company was contacted to repair a patch towards the front of the concrete drive and a spot at the end of the driveway. They have repaired the smaller patch and the builder will contact the company to see why the other has not been repaired.

      An email was received on August 1 in regards to the electrical inspector (not electrician) being arrested. An email was sent on August 4th with a response.

      The house I purchased was a 2022 new built house, the closing date was 3/15/22. We were promised a one year warranty due to it being a new build. We sent our list of items we wished to be repaired back in October and yet nothing has been accomplished to fix our issues. Our realtor has reached out multiple times about getting our repairs done and no firm date or response from the builder. Our siding on our house is drooping/falling off of a not even one year old house.

      An email was received from the homeowner's previous realtor on October 24, 2022. The requests was reviewed. The contractor needed to see the items in person. The contractor met with the homeowner on December 1, 2022. He advised the homeowner what items would be covered under the home warranty. Sub contractors have been contacted to schedule a time to complete the items discussed.
