    During an oil change valvoline asked to change the transmission fluid because it was due I agreed. At the end of the very long service they advised me that there would be a smell because of fluid on the pan. The van exhaust was blue. Even I knew this was wrong. I tried calling but it goes to a call center and not the place of service. I drive back and the manager said they overfilled it and would fix it. After they fixed it the van drove a little bit but then all the lights lit up. We had it towed to a reputable dealership to find they destroyed our transmission. The investigation on their part took 3 weeks and even after they determined they caused the problem they want to fix it at a shop 2hours from where the van is. Not a dealership a wrecker shop with ratings 0-3. They say this is all they CAN do. I dont understand why they decide where it gets fixed- and not a valid ****** shop.

    We are in receipt of this guests claim, our records indicate this guest spoke to the management team on 01/20 regarding this matter.  We want to advise the guest that the management team determines the outcome of all claims for our guests including which repair facility any repairs are performed at. They have advised this guest that they will be moving forward with the repairs on the transmission but we are not responsible for the head gasket, as the repair facility determined this issue was not related to services received with us.  We stand behind their decisions regarding this guests claim, no further action will be taken.
