    WILL FIND A WAY NOT TO HONOR THEIR 10 YEAR WARRANTY. I bought a 10,000 dollor hot tub , 2 and a half years ago, the floor cracked , I emailed them pictures , videos etc. after two weeks they email back saying my tub is sitting on pavers and that the warranty is void if its sitting on pavers, my swimming pool area is verry well paved and as even as you can get, It is rediculous how they use that as excuse to not give me a new mold, i did not even ask them for a whole new tub, JUST THE MOLD ! its cheap and made to crack, do not buy from this compony , they are all about just selling their cheaply made hot tubs, i got the OAHU style, the jets lasted 1 year and half, they started to fail, one by one. I am very very disapointed as a consumer with this product, if i can do a NO STAR I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN ZERO FOR THEM.
    WASTED MONEY.!!!!NOW I HAVE A BIG PEICE OF TUB CLUTTERING MY POOL AREA.

    Shawn was awesome! Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about all of the different products. We were allowed to see how they were made and tested, and were not rushed or pressured into making our decision. I highly recommend looking here for your next hot tub, as you will save hundreds, if not thousands compared to the big stores.
