    Elite Property Management has admitted they don't focus on the smaller communities - See ****** review. Yet when folks complain about citations they receive, they blame it on the homeowners saying they receive complaints instead of stating they are enforcing the rules. This leads to neighbors calling each other snitches and other inappropriate names. Very unprofessional!

    They take our dues and do not keep up the common area all summer. We look like we live in a trailer park - Pictures are also posted on ****** reviews.
