    Adenus/TWW is overcharging most customers with a deceptive practice. For example, my current billing statement runs from 7/26 to 8/28 2022. The billing date was 8/29, and the statement doesn't arrive until the first week of Sept. I noticed I have been paying a $2.72 dollar late fee and called to ask why, they indicated because my payment was a day late. By the time you get this bill, even if its the first or second day, and if you use bill pay where they mail a check it will not get there in time and there is zero grace period. This in itself is unethical of the company. Now if you use their online portal, they charge "service" and credit card fees that are actually more than the late fee. In effect, they are deceptively forcing/collecting an extra 3.00 from most customers each month, which doesn't sound like a lot but over the course of the year multiplied by their total customers sure adds up to a lot of free money for them. They need to offer a grace period, or provide more time between statement date and due date. No other bill I have has this problem...only this company. I believe it is 100% intentional to extract extra money from customers.
