They are liers they had us do a letter to fix our trailer. After being there 22 years . Always paid rent and our property taxes . We put 4,000 dollars in to our trailer. Fixed everything. And they evicted us . My mom is 81 years old .. we went to court and our attorney was next door in criminal court .. and the judge was suppose to hold off . And Mr.H********** and his attorney pushed there selfs to get the judge to rule and our attorney was held up for a few minutes And we have 10 days to get out . And abandon our trailer.. They are the sorry people . Cause it's all about the money .. for them people .. my mother is so stressed out and sick over her home .. there are nothing but rich sorry people .. tall pines is not what you think at all .. it's elderly abuse..

Great place to live. I have lived here since 08/2016. There are Rules in order to keep the community looking nice. So if you don't like rules do not move here, buy yourself a private lot.

What an amazing community. I love how well kept up this neighborhood is. It's a lovely place to call home. Sad to leave but we are relocating. You will love living here!

My lease was canceled for giving my grandchildren emergency housing after their house burned. It is a senior park, but other children do live in the park. We started immediately with demolition of the remaining structure of their home and purchasing a new mobile home for them. This process has taken time.
The lease rules in this community are not consistent. My next door neighbor shot my dog in this park and he was not asked to leave park. Guns are not to be fired in this park.
I own my mobile home and rent the lot.
Most homeowners in this park are allowed to leave the home on site when they sell and new owners rent the lot. I was told my home has to be moved from the park when it sells… this is not the usual. Mobile homes are not really that mobile once they have been set up, porches built on, etc. Having to move a home destroys its value. Because I argued with the management over my grandchildren living with me, he retaliated by deciding my home must be moved from park and gave me a letter to sell and move my home within one week.
I get threatening letters and emails from the park manager. I called Hamilton County Clerks office and there has not been a legal eviction filed yet. My rent is set up on auto draft through my bank and he did not take the auto draft for rent for the month of August.
If my mobile home has to be moved it it will mean I can only sell it to a cash buyer with the ability to have home moved at an additional cost of around fifteen thousand dollars.
Manager told me he has promised my lot to someone else and he wants to put two singlewide trailers where my double wide sets. He sets up trailers in this park and sells them. He can make money from the sale of two new trailers at my expense.
If he is determined to cause me to lose my retirement savings I have invested in my home, the least he can do is give me more time to sell so I am not forced to take a low ball offer.
Also, I have been on disability for almost 15 years.
