    SPEEDYS CAUSED OVER $6,700 worth of damage to my car and refuses to fix THEIR mistake.

    Here is the breakdown of events

    Went to speedys on Dayton pike August 22 around 4:00-4:20

    Speedys oil change added generic coolant to my purple coolant

    August 28 spoke with the manager and he offered to send it to East ridge to get it flushed for free but I do not feel comfortable with this company working on my car, told me they didn’t fill it after he offered to flush it and when he asked for proof that I was there I stated that I never got an oil change because they didn’t stock my oil. They topped my fluids while they were checking to see if it was in stock, then I pointed out the camera he has pointed at the bay I was in (1st bay) and said oh that doesn’t work. I told him that’s not my problem that’s a you problem and asked to have the bill to pressure test and flush and any other damages that may occur in the cooling system paid for he called his boss and his boss denied it and said he would give me a call I gave the manager my card and he said that he would call me later as he is it the hospital in Ohio. I stated that I was giving them the chance to do the right thing and fix their mistake and if they do not we would have to handle this is small claims court and to which the First Gentleman that helped me said oh well that will cost you more money than the flush and pressure test, the manager then started waiving his hands at the employee and said would you shut the * up then both the manager and employee stormed off

    Spoke with ***** at the Hixson location very helpful and friendly, he passed the message along to the owner

    Dropped off at a real shop Thursday 8-29 for a pressure test and a flush of the coolant , called me at 3:20 asking for 2 hours of billable time to pull thermostat and radiator hoses to try and clear the gelled coolant I approved

    The real shop said Whole Cooling system needs replaced. Which ended up costing $6,700
