    I ordered a movie night 40ct snack box to present to my family on Easter. On the website the presentation was very nice and the product appeared to be of regular sizes.I paid just short of $30.00.
    When I got the box it was so small and everything was crammed in the box. I was a drab box and the way the snacks were presented was not appealing at all. Not to mention that the product was small size, cookies, etc.
    Given that Easter was around the corner, I did not want to send it back. I requested a credit/refund of $10.00 and felt that this would be a professional courtesy. They have yet to get to me or release a refund.

    The customer ordered and received a movie night care package which was packed with the same contents pictured on the product page. The item was not damaged or destroyed in transit and no problems were found with the package. The customer was informed of our return policy and has/had the option of returning the item. However, the customer refused to return the item and demanded a $10 refund or threatened a bad review. 

    Considering there were no issues with the order itself, other than the customer ordering something she decided she didn’t want, this complaint is unwarranted. Again, the customer was given the option to return her product.
