    date 10/31/2024. Auto repair included installing a starter, wiring repair, and installing a new battery. Parts were provided. Picked up truck late afternoon and drove for 20 minutes. Truck stopped and I was stranded on a country road and it would not start. Had to walked 5 miles before I could get an **** to pick me up. When in next morning and spoke with ****** the owner. Asked him to sent someone out to truck or tow it in for repair. He got belligerent thinking he had no responsibility for the failure and told me to take it to someone else. I left at that point and had the truck towed to another mechanic on Friday. Got a call early Monday morning 11/04 and truck was ready to go. The wiring was incorrect and the battery cable weren't tight. The truck was not grounded. With a few wiring fixes and all is good. When back to **** and ask that since they did not properly fix it, that I be refunded the cost of my tow and repair at the new mechanic, who could actually repair it. I believe that the young man who did the work at **** just did not do his work and it was not checked. ******, once again got belligerent and in my face saying he had no responsibility for the bad job of his shop. I had paid for a tow to his shop and paid for work done to my truck. All I was looking for was for him to cover my cost of correcting his failed work. That amount is $250. ****** was in my face and I felt threatened, therefore to avoid an altercation I turned to leave. ****** followed right behind me and got up against my car when I got in and drove away. I am working with my card company on this and will pursue in court if need. I need the amount of $250 (my extra cost) and court cost if it comes to that.
