    Don ************************ Home Improvement Company was hired to remodel the home on ***** Road, at the time I did not know that his remodeling limit is only $25,000. Instead, he wrote three different contracts in order to secure the job. He was to add a laundry room, add a bathroom, take out a wall between the living room and kitchen, relocate the hot water heater, new central heat and air conditioning. BUT He never pulled any permits, I have been working with him to get the permits, he finally got two, but he needs more, I was told by the office where you pull the permits that he has to get engineers to come in and inspect his work, since he did not get it inspected as the work was being done. The work started in February 20,2023 and Finished in May 2023. I've had to call his people back twice already for touch **** They don't want to fix the floors where ********* are. Waiting on an electrical engineer to come in, a plumbing engineer, and a building engineer. He tells me he is working on it, but I can't see it.
