    HIGHlY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Mark was very rude and a total as*!!! Communication with him and his staff is lacking BIG time!! He was suppost to come to my 80 year old grandmas house to look at her unit as it was not cooling (95 degree weather) well he put us off for 2 days saying each day he was going to come out! His office staff hung up on me! It was a total nightmare! Then when one of his technicians finally come out they "claimed" her unit was low on Freon, So she paid $400 to have Freon put in it! Now a couple months later the unit has stopped cooling again soo we called a different reliable HVAC company and they said it was out of Freon so that tells me Marks company did not put $400 with of Freon in her unit!!! Unit is running great now!!!! Very sad that a company would take advantage of a elderly person like this!!!! We highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!!! Be aware!!!
