      I had a propane tank filled with 30 gallons of propane.i took it to my camper and put it on as I always have.when I put the tank on and tried to open it the k*** fell off in my ******* not saying they broke it but I'm saying I did not break it.i took it back and ask them what I needed to do and they told me bring the tank up there so I ****** which time they told me I'd need a new bonnet that they would fix ***** I left it with them.i paid to fill an additional tank to use while they fixed ******* I used that tank went back to give them their tank back and retrieve mine.they charged me $70 .when I ask why it was so much they informed me that my tank which was unused had to be bleed off and repaired them *********** I ask what they did with the propane they bleed off.she asked me why I wanted to know and I explained the situation and that if they'd bleed it off back in their tank I felt like I should get some of my money back.the lady I was speaking to lost her mind when I said that and told me that they bleed the tanks off into the air that I didn't have anything coming back and that I was no longer welcome there and continued this unwarranted tirade until I hung the phone up.rhis was uncalled for and not quiet sure how they built a business with an attitude like that.i want to know if it's legal to let 30 gallons of propane off into the atmosphere and they could use a ****** in customer appreciation the date I paid for their ungrateful service was the 20 the of Dec.the womans name I spoke to was ******* and after speaking with several of their customers I found out that her mouth has been an issue for years apparently
