  They charged me $444.41 and did not fix anything. I took my 2019 car in to repair the air conditioning. They refused to use my extended warranty.

  *** ***** your comments do not accurately reflect what happened. Here are the facts. You Dropped off your car at 9:00 on 8/31, stating that the AC was not cold. You authorized an evacuation and recharge of the system, which is the first step of the diagnostic process. We completed the process called and informed you that your electronic compressor was not working, and we would need an additional 1.5 hours of diagnostic time to validate a failed compressor or an electrical issue. We had hoped that we could find an electrical issue as replacing the entire AC system on your 2019 ******** cost several thousand dollars. You approved the additional diagnostic time. We completed the diagnostic and confirmed that the compressor had failed and contaminated the entire system. We reached out to ******** to see if this repair would be covered under your warranty, they informed us that it would not be covered. We then called you to give you the bad news. You decided to come pick up your car and not have us complete the repair. Upon arrival, you presented us with an extended warranty you purchased, and asked us if we would honor the extended warranty. We informed you that we do not usually honor independent warranties. However, we would contact your extended warranty company the next day, as it was 5:30 central time. We called the number provided two times on September 1, waited on hold for over 1 hour and left messages for them to call us back. As of 9/7/2023 we have not received a call back from them. We did charge you for the work performed and you approved. We did diagnose the problem and presented an estimate of the cost for us to a complete repair depending on availability of parts. We recommend you contact Infinity directly as the owner of the car and challenge them to help you out with this repair as your car has low miles. In the future I would recommend you ask up front if a repair facility works with your extended warranty, very few independent facilities do. I wish you the best in the future.

  While the name is accurate, it is only part of what makes this place special. The owner is a true class act in a model, for what business owners should strive to be. They did an incredible job replacing pads and rotors on the front and back of my ****** 4Runner as well as one of the rear calipers. The brakes now work better than they did when I first bought the truck. When I dropped my truck off, they gave me a ride home which was really convenient. When the work was done, the owner personally came and picked me up and brought me back to the shop. He is a hands-on business owner, and involves himself in every part of the business to ensure everything is done properly, despite having a wonderful staff that would likely do everything right anyways.
  I will never bring my truck anywhere else again. I have given other businesses five star reviews in the past, but this place went so above and beyond I feel like I should lower those other ratings to 4.5 stars because this place is clearly a cut above the rest.
