      Very unreliable. We dropped of a ladies dress jacket and dress pants and they were ruined. They were returned to us with stains all over them. We took them back and Jimmies tried to clean them multiple times. The jacket was ruined however the pants were somewhat salvageable. It was very difficult to get any kind of response from Jimmy but after many calls and visits to there location, Jimmy decided to give us a refund for the cost of the jacket and store credit for the pants. This was a very painful process but were were somewhat ok with the outcome. Well, that was until we used the store credit on a brand new (special) sports jacket that was to be worn for a fund raising event. We picked it up Friday morning and found they had stained the front of the jacket. The event is on Saturday. I was hoping that Jimmy's could be able to rush this in and try and get the stain out. That is the least they can do. Unfortunately Jimmy doesn't have anyone that can do this on Friday's. Quality contol is horrible. It is very unfortunate that Jimmy's has failed us big, twice! Never again Jimmy
