  Upon retrieving a dress shirt from "Jimmy's Cleaners", I noticed a 2 inch blotch on the left sleeve. It was not there when I dropped the shirt off for their (Jimmy's) dry cleaning process. I returned the shirt to "Jimmy's" to see what could be done to fix the shirt. The female attendant agreed to take back and re-process it at no charge. Upon retrieving the shirt again, the blotch was still on the shirt. I left the shirt with the understanding that the owner, Jimmy, would call me the next day.
  After 1 week went by, with no phone call from anyone at Jimmy's, I returned to the store, finding Jimmy, who stated that, in his opinion," it was a blood stain, and wouldn't come out." Needless to say, I was both affronted and insulted that he wanted to blame me, the customer, for what was an obvious error in handling/processing on his part. Nevertheless, I agreed to allow him try one more time.
  I returned to the store to retrieve the shirt, but the female attendant could t find it!
  Again, I was given a promise that Jimmy would call me the next morning. When that didn't happen, after an additional week, I returned to the store and Jimmy confessed that he didn't know where the shirt was! However, he did offer to give me an undefined credit to my account, or he could give me a replacement shirt from his collection of "previously-owned forgotten dress shirts".
  This situation is both unacceptable and reprehensible. I have been patient and hopeful throughout this ordeal. But now I am without a dress shirt.
  The current replacement cost for a **** **** dress shirt at ****** Dept. Store is $60.00.

  Very unreliable. We dropped of a ladies dress jacket and dress pants and they were ruined. They were returned to us with stains all over them. We took them back and Jimmies tried to clean them multiple times. The jacket was ruined however the pants were somewhat salvageable. It was very difficult to get any kind of response from Jimmy but after many calls and visits to there location, Jimmy decided to give us a refund for the cost of the jacket and store credit for the pants. This was a very painful process but were were somewhat ok with the outcome. Well, that was until we used the store credit on a brand new (special) sports jacket that was to be worn for a fund raising event. We picked it up Friday morning and found they had stained the front of the jacket. The event is on Saturday. I was hoping that Jimmy's could be able to rush this in and try and get the stain out. That is the least they can do. Unfortunately Jimmy doesn't have anyone that can do this on Friday's. Quality contol is horrible. It is very unfortunate that Jimmy's has failed us big, twice!
