    Poor product with warranty built around a poorly constructed home. Many issues Clark refused to fix and ultimately clark canceled our warranty 3 months before it was due to expire. Stay away from this builder if you are looking for a home built right.

    Stay away from Clark Custom Homes LLC! Our home started settling in one corner after only 3 years. Cracks in the outside brick and inside wall. Now have to spend thousands of dollars to fix it in order to sell home. Tried contacting them about other issues and they never returned emails or phone calls. So sad.
