Their warranty is not what it seems. My ring was lost and groove life responded that lt wasn't covered under warranty. Although their "no bs" warranty sheet says it is. They offered me to pay 10$ shipped for a new ring which tells me these rings probably cost them pennies to make. Buyer beware. Also the ring was not comfortable in the first place. It bends when rubbed on things like a pant pocket. Very annoying.

We apologize for any confusion regarding our 94-Year Limited Lifetime Warranty. Here’s how it works: Our warranty covers instances where a product fails to meet the performance standards set by our product team. This applies to product failures but doesn't include wear and tear, cosmetic damage, odor, or similar issues. Additionally, lost or stolen items are not covered under our warranty. This information is available on the Groove website. If a product experiences a failure, as described above, we will replace it at no charge. For issues outside this coverage, we offer a deeply discounted price on a replacement product as a courtesy to our customers.
Since Groove rings are safety rings, we understand that replacements may be necessary, which is why we offer a solid warranty replacement program.

I had a silicone ring tear after 18 months and when I filed a warranty claim using their "94 year no BS" warranty I was denied. They did offer to sell me a replacement ring at $5 that is normally $34.95. This tells me they mark up every ring by at least $30. I only bought their more expensive ring due to the "94 year no BS" warranty; only to be denied when I attempted to use the warranty.

I purchased two of these a couple years ago. One of them has split at the edge in various places despite living on tbe finger of a self-proclaimed couch potato. I contacted the company for a warranty replacement only to be told that: (1) they don’t have the same product to replace it with and (2) they charge a fee for warranty replacement. Who the heck charges a fee for a lifetime warranty? Junk product and junk service. Don’t buy from Groove!
    * Update: Groove contacted me to "clarify" their warranty and stated: "any product damaged due to a failure will be promptly replaced at no extra cost to you." Nonetheless, they billed me $2.99, which is not "no cost." Add false advertising to my list of complaints.

The customer initially purchased of two Groove Life rings on November 24, 2021.
On June 30, 2024, a warranty submission was filed due to a tear on one of the rings. A Customer Experience Representative responded on July 3, 2024, stating the ring needing to be replaced was out of stock, to which the customer replied later the same day. This was a mistake by our CX Rep and the customer was later informed that we did, in fact, have the correct color/style requested.
The warranty claim was processed on July 4, 2024, in accordance with our warranty policy, as stated on the Groove website. As the damage to the ring was determined to be from wear & tear (as evidenced by the photo provided by the customer), a nominal processing fee plus standard shipping charges was applied, and an invoice was promptly emailed to the customer.
An explanation on the Warranty is available on the Groove Life website.
On July 4, 2024, the customer emailed back and expressed dissatisfaction with our product, stating that it did not meet his expectations and threatened to leave negative reviews on various platforms. The following day, July 5, 2024, a Groove CX Rep contacted the customer via email, and apologized for any confusion or inconvenience. The customer was educated on how the warranty process functions and was directed to the Terms of Service on our website. Later that day, the customer once again expressed discontent via email, threatening negative reviews to voice his dissatisfaction with our products and services. In response, we empathized with the customer and, as a gesture of goodwill, waived both the shipping and processing fees. A replacement ring order was placed on July 5, 2024, at no cost to the customer.
When educating the customer as to how the warranty works, he was informed that there is no charge when a product fails, however, it was pointed out that wear & tear is not considered product failure, as per the Groove Warranty details on our website and via email.
The Groove website states: ????????If it's lost, torn, scratched, scuffed, etc. don’t fret! We'll help out with a new product ?? *processing fees + shipping charges apply

The warranty on their rings while real is a bit misleading. My ring is tearing after only 22 months of normal wear. It does not appear to be made any better than rings from other silicone ring makers and is perhaps less durable because of the grooves. They are "warrantying" my ring but the executing the warranty requires paying a $3 fee plus shipping which works out to $7 for me. While not terrible I'm not necessarily excited to pay groove life $7 every 2 years for a ring that is supposedly indestructible and has a 94 year warranty.

The customer purchased original ring on February 18, 2022 and a replacement ring was ordered on January 5, 2024 under Groove's Warranty. Here's how the warranty works:
The 94-Year No BS Warranty covers a replacement of the same product that is damaged. ??????????
If it's a manufacturer defect, we cover the replacement 100%, including shipping. ??????????
If the ring is lost, torn, has cosmetic damage, etc, a minimal replacement fee plus shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Groove rings are marketed as built for adventure, have breathable grooves, heavy-duty build, skin safe, are engineered to break away safely, and are comfort fitting. We DO NOT advertise that Groove rings are indestructible. Since Groove rings are safety rings, we understand that replacements may be necessary, which is why we offer a solid warranty replacement program.
As far as when or how a ring gets damaged, there can be a lot of different reasons for that. It just depends on how people use their hands and what the ring gets exposed to every day. If the ring ever gets damaged, we'll replace it every time, no matter what happens to it. Once a ring has been replaced, the new ring is then eligible for replacement under the 94 year warranty.

Great company! Great products. They stand behind what they sell. Yes there is a small fee to replace the items that they warranty, that is completely fair, considering they would even replace a “lost“ item.
