    I do not recommend Peek Pools as your pool builder if you want a quality pool build. I contracted them for a gunite pool in late 2022 to start in January 2023. The hardest part of any job like this you know is going to be that last 10%. That last 10% has not been good.
    January 2023 - They broke ground
    June 2023 - I'm informed that the project manager that started the project has been let go. I'm assigned someone new. That's fine, these things happen.
    August 2023 - The pool is finished. They are also build a jumping rock/waterfall. We had discussed this and how we would like some feedback on how this looks when the time comes. I guess they aren't aware of this and just has something built. Kind of ugly and not what was envisioned, but its fine, just wanna be done
    August 2023 - Send first email asking for update and they don't respond. No one ever checks quality on anything done
    September 2023 - The waterfall leaks water all around the base and now has caused salt residue all around the I notify them and ask them to fix it. Its also damaged surrounding decking
    July 2024 - Leaking for 10 months now and they have known about it for that long. Still not fixed
    Remaining Issues:
    -I've got an ugly waterfall/jumping rock that leaks
    -Concrete droppings adhered to the plaster at the bottom of the pool below the waterfall where they didn't protect it properly when building
    -The gunite shell itself appears to have cracked causing a large crack through tiles at the water line
    -Because of the leaky waterfall, the decking behind the waterfall has become discolored overtime in comparison to the decking everywhere else.
    -Poorly installed decking in places that is cracked or loose
    -I feel like I'm definitely missing more
    Over 2 weeks ago I asked them for an update and some hard dates on when these issues would be fixed or I would post this review(which I don't want to do). They didn't even bother to respond. Save your money and hire someone else.
