      have done business with these people for 2 years. My bank card has been ran twice without my consent on the day prior to my bill being due. I have NEVER been late I had flaws on the tv that I rented contacted them several times about a replacement. I was told to take pics of the issues so a warranty claim could be filed. Never heard anything after. The prior renters ******* and Prime video accounts were still active on the tv.I went in today to pay &get copies of my agreement. I asked for the name of the general manager, *****************************. She rushed up speaking loudly, being smart mouthed, the whole time my cousin recording She was saying degrading comments while proceeding back talking to her coworker saying "I see what kind of life THAT lives by the way she came in". I asked she said and she childishly laughed and said, ",We were talking about something else". This went on as I waited for an employee to print paperwork and listening to sarcastic remarks. All of this is recorded. I attempted to leave twice because she was provoking me but the polite employee kept calling me back saying I didn't get my paperwork I asked for and trying to explain why they ran my bank card on the day the were not authorized to. I left that place feeling very disrespected and all because I asked for her last name. I normally would not use a rent to own because it is common knowledge they charge more than double of the actual retail price of an item but I was in immediate need at that time. This place has changed management at least 3 or 4 times since I've rented from them and I have been lied to about the price just to get me to sign the contract. I still have not received any paperwork of the balance owed on the items I was renting to this day. This place is very unprofessional and has a reputation for taking customers money and other things. I will be taking these complaints to the next level as soon as possible if corporate does not resolve this to my satisfaction. Thanks

      On Oct 27th I went online to Bestway Rentals, ***********, ** to order a washer/dryer and got approved and I used my credit card to pay $37.99. On 11/03 I came into the Bestway store to complete the paperwork and find out what washer/dryer I would be receiving. They told me the washer/dryer along with a TV stand would be delivered on 11/09. On 11/9 I called Bestway to confirm my delivery and was told that they did NOT have any delivery drivers available to deliver the items. I told them never mind to cancel the order and refund me the $37.99 back to me. On 11/13 I received a call from the district office who had the *********** store on the line as well and he apologized for the inconvenience and asked If I still wanted the w/dryer set and he would make sure I would get a great deal and also he would make sure that I would received delivery on 11/14. I said yes I still would like the w/dryer set to be delivered. Bestway did deliver a very used w/dryer on 11/14 but they were not able to hook up the dryer because the driver was not certified to hook up they dryer. I told him I was not an appliance person and would not know how to hook up the dryer hoses to vent. Also I had a 4 prong outlet and the plug was a 3 prong so therefore they dryer could not be hooked up. ****** said he would come back with correct prong. He never came back. Also I turned on washer and the water went every where. The hoses were not hooked up tight. I called Bestway on 11/15 and told them to come back and pick up the appliances as they were of no use to me. Rep told me they someone would pick up the set on 11/18 between ****pm no one ever showed up. I called again on 11/20 and rep said he would drop everything to come get the set. They did make out to pick up set and I told them to make sure I got my refund of $37.99 refunded back to me. I called again on 11/21 to confirm I was to receive my refund and was told it would be processed. I still have yet to receive the refund!! Please intervene.
