Mike is the best!
Our home was significantly damaged by tornado in December, 2023. The experience was overwhelming for us, to say the least.
We contacted Briarwood via referral from a trusted professional acquaintance.
Mike and his team promptly responded. He communicated very effectively. He answered our calls every time we reached out to him. He patiently listened. His calm and professional demeanor immediately reassured us. He worked closely with our insurer to make the process as smooth as possible.
Mike thoroughly reviewed the scope and details of the job throughout the entire restoration process. He clearly takes pride in his work. I am quite confident that he will stand by his work. He does what he says he will do in a timely and professional manner. When something was not quite right, he gladly rectified it. He clearly aims to make the homeowner happy. That is his business model, and we certainly appreciate his approach.
We are delighted with the quality and efficiency of Briarwood’s work. In fact, even though our home is less than three years old, we now feel that it is now ‘newer’ than ever.
Mike is now our go-to guy for home repair. You will not be disappointed if you call Briarwood in your time of need.

This company went above and beyond to help in getting the repairs made to my roof and trim after a major storm. Mike was such a great help and even worked with me to help find other contractors for another project at no gain to him. They were truly a blessing!Briarwood Roofing And Exterior
