    I called my **** roadside to have my vehicle towed on 09/05/22 . This company towed my vehicle to **** . However my tire was damaged in the tow process. I spoke with someone at the tow company by the name of ****** who claimed to be the tow company owner. He stated that he would replace the tire and asked if I wanted it to be used or new. I said new. He stated that he had to order the tire. According to ****** the tire was ordered on 09/08/22. Upon speaking with my service advisor at **** they wouldnt be able to further diagnose my vehicle without the tire being replaced. They gave me 2 choices pay $188 to have the tire replaced or if a new tire is brought in they can insatiable it for $42.I informed ****** of this on a 3 way call with my husband and asked him to cover the fee that **** was charging as well since this occurred due to his towing. ****** agreed. On 09/13/22 ****** confirmed that the tire had arrived and that the manger of the shop was in a meeting so he was not able to retrieve the tire but would do so the next morning and take it to **** and pay the fee to have the tire out in. I sent ****** a text on 09/15/22 at 1pm est asking if there was an update. He stated that he had just gotten done reading his Bible and would go to the dealership right then. However ****** has not gone to **** and my car still does not have a tire. So **** has parked my car due to not being able to drive the car a highway speed due to the damaged tire. So now it appears that I'm going to be stuck paying for a tire that I did not damage in order to have my vehicle accessed at the dealership
