    In searching for this customer, I was not able to find any contract or account in our system in 2023.  If the customer would send me the invoice number, I will be able to research the issue and work toward a solution.

    They never contacted us or offered to fix it and I will not recommend them for the s***** job on Concrete or the Walk in door and didn't attempt to make it right if you feel like it needs to be closed that's fine never even been out here to make it right

    I contracted Summertown Metals to install a 30x40 Pole Barn Garage. They in turn sub-contract the work to a concrete contractor, builder, and any other add on per the building you want. They hired SRM Concrete to bring the concrete to another group of guys to complete that process. The first truck arrived with no issues and poured the concrete while the men moved it into place. I stood outside watching this process and it went smooth. What I didnt know at the time was another truck had arrived of concrete from SRM. Instead of staying at the road with no traffic (rural road) waiting until the other driver left. The second driver went ahead and came down the driveway and pulled off into grass. First of all it had rained for a couple of days before so the ground was not ok for a concrete truck. And because I was not involved he drove right on the septic tank crashing in the top. When I asked him why he pulled off in that location, he said one of the other contractors moving the concrete told him to. That couldnt have happened because they were all up on the hill where I was. It took them all moving the concrete the other truck was pouring. When they pulled the truck out of the broken tank they also broke the side of it which made it damaged too much. Summertown was behind me in the beginning as their customer. They put a new top on it until we could figure out the remaining details from the other contractors. Now Summertown Metals has completely backed out since the garage is finished telling me they are leaving it up the their contractors they use for these jobs. I am in a horrible position with the ground wide open, a septic top half way on due to the broken base and the dirt around it. Summertown has dropped out and not following up since they have their money. They have shown at this point they care less about me the customer and only about their pocket. I am shocked and thought this ***************** would not let this happen but they did. Im beyond upset.

    Summertown Metals delivered my building materials on June 6th and they started building my building approximately four weeks later. I was suppose to have a concrete floor put in and I have been waiting for 4 weeks. I contacted Summertown Metals and I get the runaround about when I will be getting the job done.

    Concrete is poured as of 9/20/22. The contractor who was scheduled to pour Mr. ******** concrete floor in his building got behind with the jobs he was scheduled to do. His pour was moved to another concrete finisher who ended up being terminated before Mr. ******** could be completed so we were forced to move his job to a third contractor to get it completed.

    We regret that Mr. ******** pour was delayed due to these unique and unexpected circumstances.
