    Owner poured our driveway last spring for the amount of $11,500.00 check # 5542. Owner stated he would come back later and seal , but owner never showed. Owner ask us to send over pics of driveway after many text messages about the sealing and so we did revealing it would indeed need to be sealed. We made several attempts to reach out via text and calling on the phone, but never got a return visit from the owner to seal. For the last couple of months we have noticed a crack that is trying to abrupt in the driveway and we again have been calling and even sent over an email for the owner to try and reach out to us, but still no response. We would like for the owner to seal as promised and please involve a resolution or repair to stop this crack since the driveway was only poured just last year and since we kept our promise with payment of $11,500.00 to the owner. We made a call on 06-16-23 and owner finally answered the cell number 423-223-8386, but abruptly hung up when we ask to speak to Steve. We called back and owner would not answer. We would like the owner to contact us and schedule an appointment to resolve our concerns. We are not certain why the owner is avoiding us and will not return our calls, text messages, an email, and now has hung up on us.
