    4/34/24 I1branding came to my real estate office-they did my last headshots in 2019 and they came out good-the edits were nice and I used some of the branding. This time around they didn't do a great job. The day of service I was promised they would edit the photos-I even reminded the photographer to edit because thee were obvious edits needed. When I saw the pics I asked that they be edited because they didn't look to be. Then I got back the branding-it looks cheaply done. I asked to retake the pics via email and they couldn't pin down a date or another office for me to go to-when I asked for my money back until they could get a date to resolve the photo part of the issue -the emailer said I signed saying I understood this and that. Since I used them in the past I trusted their work-I would like at the very least half of my money back to get my headshots redone somewhere else. I am very disappointed and don't know how their quality and service could have gone down in the last 4 years. Really saddened by it-I just wasted $400 on shoddy headshots that I can't used and am embarrassed. Like am I supposed to edit my own photos? or is this a professional photography business that is supposed to do that. I guess I didn't get what I thought I was paying for.

    We have already scheduled a reshoot date for the customer. And this is the resolution to replace the photos that she was not happy with the retouching done. Customer has already confirmed the schedule and she is signed up on our next photoshoot event at the Coldwell Banker office. Attached are screenshots of email exchange we had to confirm the reshoot.

    Similar to the the other complaints my real estate company hired them to take head shots for a very reasonable price. Being a newer agent that was appealing and fit my budget. The day of the shoot 1.31.23 he was very nice and seemed to know his stuff my issue wasn’t so much the photos them selves although you get what you pay for lesson learned. He upsold me on a branding package. When I got the images back with the branding it was horrible. Branding is a super important piece of your business, there was no collaboration on font or colors. After a few emails back and forth with me asking if I could actually speak with someone to collaborate they would send me images with different colors asking if I liked this or that, they were the wrong picture and they didn’t change the font ,they kept apologizing and saying they are working in it, again I asked to speak with someone they emailed back that the person who handle that was on leave with no date given on when she would return. I have asked for a refund a couple times now because this obviously is not working out and I am not satisfied with their service, but was told that was not an option because the work had been done already? It was not work that I requested
    They refused to collaborate with me or use the font style or color stated in one email. I don’t mind just paying for the picture it’s not the greatest quality but he did do that work. My issue is I don’t feel l I should pay for something they can’t get right and I cannot use. We are going into a few months now and they just can’t get it together.
    I would like for a price adjustment and move on.

    We had been emailing back and forth with the client and unfortunately, had not been able to get in connect with her on the phone. We were not able to leave a message since her voicemail was not set up. Luckily, we were finally able to talk on the phone and have resolved all of her issues. She said she was going to try to call the BBB to have her complaint removed. We truly appreciate our clients and strive to take care of any concerns as quickly as possible.

    This company was contracted by my company to provide headshots for our Real Estate business cards. The approval that was given in the office upon completion of the headshots was different and unacceptable being that these were professional headshots.
    I was not happy with the final package I upgraded to and paid, around $300.00.
    I was told no refunds would be given, and that I had to schedule a retake which, I have done three times since July 2022. I have received many promises yet no one has delivered on any of them! I talked with someone again a week ago and she promised to get back to me I haven't heard back yet, even though she promised to reach back to me the next day!! I've been waiting patiently however; none of these pictures have been used!!

    We have our clients watch and approve the retouching process of their image and have the photographer make any adjustments needed at that time. They then sign the order form in 2 separate places accepting the pose selection, retouching and acknowledging that all sales are final. We always do our best to make our clients happy with their purchase. We offer additional retouching or in this case, we offered to do a re-shoot. Unfortunately, the scheduled event in September at the office where the re-shoot would have taken place had to be cancelled and has been rescheduled for the end of October. We hope the client will plan to sign up for a time to get her images retaken at this new event in October so we can try to give her the images she is looking for.
