Trying to get shoddy work on kitchen cabinets corrected...entire process started started May 2, 2021, when deposit was given. After that it has been one excuse after another on getting work done. Finally started work last of August 2021....when their idea of complete...got their $ ...paint started coming off...Gary took 2 doors with no hurry to return & finally much insistence on my part, returned doors in worse shape than before. Phone calls, texts & promises by said person to come back has never happened. Their guarantee is worthless, as well as follow up words, if & when my calls & texts were answered, which was next to never.. Excuses, excuses on their part.
They talk a good game, but no follow through to make their shoddy work right..! Now end of July 2022, no response or effort on their part to correct. *********

We meet with the customer , we offered corrective action that is very standard and normal. Her painted cabinet doors started to crack in the corners due to expansion and contraction as wood does. We offered to caulk her doors in those corners with color match paint caulk which is standard practice . She refused stating that her husband did not want caulk on her cabinets. This customer was extremely difficult from the very start. She chose a color and then didn't like it. She had very dim lighting in her kitchen. I suggested she change out her light bulbs to a brighter bulb. That seemed to work. I am truly sorry for this unfortunate review. But she has refused to allow us to fix her her problem. In addition I have answered every call that I have received from her so I don't understand. Why she would say that.Janice C

That response is a joke...I was never difficult...just wanted cabinets painted as promised....Gary knew they were terrible, blamed everyone & everything, but himself...wood cabinets, really! They seldom kept their word, nor answered texts, or came when said they would..I keep better records than they do, apparently...but showed up to get $ on the dot! Week later paint starts coming off...then more fun! Their job on our cabinets is horrible & certainly not as promised .
Their customer service is lower than than that 1*. I have never contacted BBB for any job, but this one warranted it be done. They promised a job I would be happy with & color has nothing to do with it.
