    I strongly advise against utilizing this company for any purpose. Despite paying GOOD MONEY for our new unit, it has malfunctioned repeatedly since day one, requiring constant modifications and repairs. The owner has been consistently unresponsive, failing to answer calls and neglecting to return messages for hours after scheduled appointments. Furthermore, our emails have now been blocked, preventing communication. Currently, our home is an uncomfortable 79 degrees.. We've paid both ****** and *** to come out and fix all the issues and it's broke down again. This was a brand new 3.5 ton unit,******* brand. ***** sqft house. It shouldn't have a problem cooling in here. I broke down and bought windows thinking that was the issue, even though our old unit would cool, it just cost 500 a month. So I'm having a hard time understanding why a huge unit and new windows won't cut it. The last time, some wires were touching and burning so it was shutting off and not running right. I FINALLY got owner out here and he literally looked at me, and asked me what I wanted him to do to fix it. I don't work in HVAC so I had no advice for him.I'd also like to add, we have somone living with us with cancer, so the medicines already keep her hott. I've relayed this info to him as well, and told him that's why it's so important to fix this. Every company I've called had managed to get out here or work us in etc etc... but NOT the guy that installed it.
