    Main septic line clogged in the morning and cleaned out by the evening. Staff was professional/as clean as they could be.

    The plumber who came out to my business was nice and very detailed about my issue. I was given many options with pricing but we chose to go with option A and get everything fixed!! He fixed my problem on the same day he came and I am and have always been very satisfied with Parham!! It did not take long at all although it was raining outside part of the time, he still remained very professional and got the job done!! I will always use the professionals and just pay the money to know that it is done correctly and I have a warranty!! Thank you so much for such great service!!!

    Googled plumbers in my area.Parham popped up first, called the number provided. Scheduled an appointment because the need was not great for them to come that very day. If it was, they would. Young man came on time. He wore a uniform Wore booties entering my house to protect my floors from his soiled shoes. Removed the booties when exiting. He walked through with me as I described each issue that needed attention. There were numerous other issues that he addressed and made note of along with walking through the house with me. He asked where the crawl space was located then proceeded to enter that area. Now, I bought this circa 1950 bungalow last year (2024) and had it inspected. (The inspector was not an electrician nor a plumber.) This young man from Parham, while under the house, recorded pictures of faulty defective copper corrodided pipes that were in need of attention. I recognized the pictures from the inspector. Well lets just say that there were a ton of things that were not going away. The young wrote up three quotes for the different degrees of repairs. Chose the one that I would be prepared to pay. Scheduled an appointment for the crew to come and make those repairs. If I had waited to address these plumbing issues at a later date, lets just say that it would have only gotten worse. I totally understood that being familiar with plumbing and electrical. Parham called me to tell me who was coming out, their names, what time, and how long it would take. I agreed. Four days later, the crew came back out, wearing uniforms with their loaded trucks, And got right to work. Gathering up my two little doggos. I left them to the job. I felt that I was in good hands. I trusted them in my house. Returned to find that they were not quite finished, proceeded to remain out of their way until so. Before and after pics were provided for each individual issue. The areas were left clean Outstanding!

    Used Parham on three occasions. Excellent service, courteous employees and attention to detail. *******. ***** and ***** all provided a level of service that Parham should be proud of. Like ANY quality plumbing **** they are not cheap. But, cheap work is not good and good work is not cheap Happy customer!

    I have used Parham for the last 9 to 10 years and have been very satisfied with their work. They are very good at what they do what ever you need done. From new field line to changing over over old fuse to new breaker box. Also running new water lines to adding outside faucet. And recently had some work done on the central unit. I am very satisfied with their professionalism and knowledge of their work. I am a happy repeat customer. ***** *.
