    I hired ***** ********* of AAA Tree Service to cut down two trees and to grind their stumps down. His crew came out on July 15th and cut down the two trees. About an hour before they left, his nephew asked for payment. I made the unfortunate decision to pay him before the work was done. When they left, no one bothered to talk to me on when they will be coming back to grind the two stumps. I called ***** the next day and no answer. His nephew came back to my house because his car blew a tire and he was there to fix it. I confronted the nephew about it and he said he would talk to his Uncle AKA *****. A month and half later, ***** has not finished the job. I called and texted him multiple times about when he was coming back out to finish the job, he would lie to me and say in a couple of days or some other lame excuse. Now he refuses to pick up his phone or call me back. So he was paid for a service that he did not finish. All I want is a refund for the cost for grinding the two stumps and that's it. I do have proof saying that he will come out to grind those stumps. I do not recommend this guy. I thought he was an honest guy, but I was wrong.
