    Started renting November 2023 still have pee/poop stained carpet in hallway from previous renters cats Every time it rains or air is damp the stench is sickening

    I give one star only because you can't give negative stars. This is a landlord who will not repair his properties. Even with leaking roofs and faucets, busted windows, and rotten floors, the local Planning and ************ consistently passes **** Allen's properties for rent. DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THIS SLUMLORD! When you call or text for repairs that fall under the landlord's responsibility, you WILL be ignored for months and when you are contacted he lets you know very quickly that you will make the repairs at your own expense or you will be evicted. BAD BUSINESSMAN, BAD LANDLORD, TERRIBLE HUMAN BEING!
