      Apex restoration DKI and I contacted them to see if they could help,Here is where it took a turn. the original project manager was moved to a different division and a new project manager stepped. this was on the Reconstruction side of things. the mitigation slash remediation that was needed was handled by a very rude individual that didn't seem to have the capacity to empathize with someone who is going through such a tragic event.at the point that the Reconstruction finally began there was a new project manager involved and things never got off well or as was promised me Several deadlines we're missed, several promises made in response to those missed deadlines were never kept and on top of this when we were told material had been ordered we found out months later that it in fact had not. Additionally, ceramic tile was installed but the tile was damaged in several points. when this was brought to the attention of the project manager it was ignored and disregarded for several weeks. meanwhile through the course of the job stalling my sister was getting more and more frustrated. after all, she was unable to stay in her home.when finally Apex took responsibility and did come out 110 ceramic tiles were identified as being damaged. The logical question was why did you continue installing damage tile? this mess up alone cost my sister close to 1 month of unnecessary aggravation and displacement.after this another project manager stepped in and things seem to be getting on track. however, the aggravation head reached a critical point. none the less there was at least some progress being made. they're then became an issue some paperwork on a change order that didn't get signed. at this point my sister did not trust the veracity of this company because once again the job had stalled out she indicated when she began they see progress again she would sign the paperwork at this point Apex stepped away from the project and is refusing to finish the job ?
