    Multiple issues with this place .First took one of my vehicles to get a standard oil change . Then after it sitting in my driveway for a few days , I found a large oil leak . I was able to get someone close by to help look underneath and it was clear the oil drain plug wasnt put back after the oil change I got done here. I wanted to just think this was an accident but after my other encounter , it shows how careless this place is I agreed to let other vehicle be dropped off to repair a leak . I was well aware it was a labor intensive the repair was going to be ,and knew it was going to take at least a few days . Thats fine , I have no issue with that .It was multiple days without hearing anything from them and when I finally called , was told they havent got to it yet . Gave them a few more days , again no contact . So I had to initiate contact and again they said hadnt got to it but swore it would be done probably the next day . Called again the next day at around 4 pm (getting close to closing time ) after again not hearing anything from the business . They again gave excuses as to why it hadnt been done and it was clear they werent going to contact me that there was another delay , which honestly is what makes the most angry.Poor ,careless , shoddy work and even worse customer ********************** .

    This is the first time I have heard anything about this complaint. This is the first time that I have heard anything about the customer having something going on with their car if they would have contacted me, I would have told them we will take care of it. That is containing to the oil leak vehicle vehicle that was left up there from my understanding my technician and my mechanic told them that we would get to it as soon as we can that means just that we choose not to make appointments where we can say it is first come first serve and with that being said if we inform someone that we will get to it as soon as we can, then we will get to it our first available time

    On 10/28/24 I dropped my 2010 Land Rover Range Rover off at Elite Auto Service in ************* related to possible coolant leak related to low coolant alert and coolant noted on driveway. A couple days after dropping my vehicle off, I received a call that the plastic manifold in the coolant system was cracked and needed to be replaced. The staff stated they ordered the part and the total would be $220. I asked the staff if this would be the total for parts and labor and the staff stated yes that the $220 included labor and parts. On 11/13/24 I called and asked the staff what the total would be for my vehicle. Staff gave me a new total of $559. I inquired about the new total and the staff stated that the part was $220 and the total now included labor. I expressed my concerns due to being told it would only be $220 total. The staff then told me, "Ok, then $220 will what the price will be". I arrived to Elite Auto Service and the mechanic stated the total was indeed $559 and that the staff that stated the total was $220 was young and did not know the correct information. I proceeded and paid the $559. When talking with the mechanic, he stated that he checked the motor, transmission, etc and stated that 41 codes came onto dash but he cleared them. He also mentioned a "battery problem" that I do not have. They replaced my battery in summer of 2024. After leaving Elite Auto Service, I noticed my radio display screen was froze on the welcome "Range Rover" screen. My radio/auxiliary for music, bluetooth, navigation system, nor my backup camera works anymore. My maps on my phone shows that the vehicle is still at Elite Auto Service due to the bluetooth stopping working at that location. I immediately called Elite Auto and the mechanic stated he did not touch anything that would cause the radio/screen to stop working. I disagreed due to mechanic stating 41 codes were thrown after working on the vehicle. I did not have any check engine codes when dropping vehicle off.

    The owner worked with me to help resolve the issue and I will continue doing business with Elite Auto.
