      I paid for over night shipping to be delivered tomorrow. No where a the site does it say notify Dixie Gun Works if you want Saturday delivery. *** site said Monday delivery and thats not what I paid for. The customer service representative laughed at me . It was very unprofessional. I just except exactly what I paid for. **************** was the worst.

      My name is *** ******* and I spoke to the person filing the complaint. I was not rude to him as he was rude and demanding.. He was not laughed at as he stated. He  called close to 5 ******* as we were getting ready to close for the weekend. I told him I would check into the problem on Monday.  There was nothing I could do at the time. He implied I should do it now before he called the BBB. When I found out what the problem was, it really is a problem with **** The problem being, he would not receive his package on Saturday that he had ordered earlier in the day. He did pay for next day shipping. But it is clearly stated on our website that next day orders on Friday will arrive on the following Monday. Next day on Friday is per business days. This is the *** policy. It is at the bottom of our website. I have enclosed a picture of the statement. People do not understand that when it leaves our building, it is out of our hands. It is now in the hands of the delivery service. I am not sure what he wanted us to do since it had left our business already. But politeness will get you a lot closer to a mutual agreement than rudeness and being demanding. We are always willing to work with our customers to resolve the problems. But again it clearly state on our website about Friday next day delivery on Monday. And......again there are some people who cannot be satisfied.

      I am rejecting this response because: know where on my iPad looking at the site did it show whats claimed and proof was enclosed. I paid for over night and it didnt happen! ****** learned! I will never order again on a Friday . And yes she laughed and Im not the first it happened to, others have told me the same.  My problem was paying for something I didnt get. Im over it now ,

      Again I did not laugh at him or others. If he heard a laugh, it was from others standing around laughing and talking because it was closing time and it was the weekend . It is always going to be his word against my word. We did our job. We got his order, we filled the order, we shipped the order. *** took over at our back door. Again it clearly states next day orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. And again not all customers can be satisfied or accept what we tell them. You should look at the bottom of our webpage. It is in bright red print inside a red square outline. I enclosed a picture of this again. I'm sorry you cannot accept this. We have very few complaints about our service. Mostly from people who feel entitled to different treatment than our other customers.  Threatening to stop payment would be the same as stealing. You received your order on Monday just like it is stated on our website. And yes I do tend to get a little defensive when the first thing I hear when I answer a call is someone shouting at me. There are better ways to handle a problem.
