    I purchased a laptop for $390.02 on Jul 28, 2024 from Keevado which was advertised on eBay with the following spec:
    New Dell Inspiron 16 5635 M7WPG 16" Ryzen 7 7730U 2.0GHz 16GB RAM 1TB SSD
    However, they sold me a laptop with significantly lower specs.
    It actually was a Ryzen 5 instead of the advertised Ryzen 7
    8 GB RAM instead of the advertised 16 GB RAM
    512 GB SSD Storage instead of the advertised 1 TB (1000 GB) SSD Storage.
    I asked for a reasonable partial refund and Keevado was unwilling to offer a partial refund.

    Hi. I was in Keevado on 6/22 and I purchased some items for $197.41. The employee didnt ring the items up correctly and should have given a 45% discount on some of this. They refunded me $166.99 in the attached receipt. Then she turned around and rerang the items again for the correct price of $91.86. My issue is I have given this 3 weeks and they are tryingt o say they should only give me $27 back. My bank has confirmed 4 times that they do not see the refund of $166.99 and it has not been put into my account.

    I have never filed a complaint and this company is trying not provide a refund that I have a receipt for. For items I paid 2 times for.

    Hello,

    We've been in constant communication with ****** ******* over the issue presented.

    We issued a refund, and were equally perplexed by ****** not receiving their refund.

    After many back and forth conversations stating we've done all we can and ****** should reach back out to their bank to determine the issue, it was discovered that ****** changed Cards, and the refund went back to the old card which is inactive. We are unable to change where a refund is processed to, and informed ****** to reach out to their bank again for further assistances.

    We've been accommodating throughout the processes, and worked to support ******. 

    We would like this complaint removed in good faith, as we've operated with integrity, and the consumer at the forefront of our minds, but we are unable to control outside factors, that we were not made aware of until much later after we've issued refunds and worked to assist the consumer. 

    The issue should be resolved, as we've not received additional communication from ****** from my knowledge after we determined their card changed, to my knowledge. 

    I hope this clarifies the issues.

    On July 8th I bought a new Toro 60 volt battery at this store. There was no way of testing the battery at the store. I got home and it would not work on my weed eater. I have two chargers and they both showed the battery as defective and would not charge it. I took the battery back this morning in July 9th and they would not give me a merchandise exchange or refund. They basically said we no longer take things back you are just out of luck. I would just like to have them investigated or at least put warnings out that they are an unethical place of business.

    I'm trying to see this transaction, but do not have a receipt.
    If the information is provided I can confirm if a return has occurred. 
    On July 8th, I do not see a transaction for the amount listed, and I have no customer profile information to view to be able to determine status of this complaint.

    I will state that we have a final sale price on goods that go greater than 50% off. "As Is". The policy is listed in our locations, and on our website.

    We will gladly refund this transaction, if the proper documentation is provided in good faith. We have no intent to sell intentionally damaged goods to our consumers.
