    This vet clinic needs new staff with knowledge and the willingness to be in veterinary medicine. If you tell your clients you will come in after they go through a process of a breeding with you, then when the female comes into labor whether day or night; you should have staff that understands their night that is mandatory to come in if called. You don’t leave your clients high and dry when it is of the utmost importance you be there. Secondly, if you tell a client who specifically asks for a service to be performed, that you can perform it; you don’t wait until you are in the process of the procedure, you don’t do what they requested and that YOU know is not going to be successful. (I.E. doing a AI instead of a TCI when the progesterone test is 20+ on IDEXX). Not all breeders are backyard and don’t have knowledge or understanding of the breeding process and what is needed to ensure pregnancy. Nor do we all invest the same in our programs. If you don’t perform the correct procedure the client should also not be expected to pay for your incompetence. We attempted to give this clinic another chance cause it supposedly changed in management, but that doesn’t seem to have helped at all. We will not be returning with any of our animals.
