    I paid for a deep clean ($400) from this company. They left me a checklist in which my husband and I both did not feel got half completed. The 2 girls were at my house, they said, from 10:30-4:00. They didn’t touch my cupholders or my couch, threw all my dirty dishes in the dishwasher along with all of my clean ones that I hand-washed last night (that were dry on the counter) and didn’t even wash the dirty ones.. so it stinks like old baby formula to say the least. I don’t even own dishwashing pods. It’s like they just wanted to hide the dishes. I still had pieces of the plant we had in the closet floor last night so clearly my bedroom closet wasn’t swept. Bedroom rug had cleaning stuff I put on there before they got here and it was still there. So I don’t think it got cleaned. Whatever they used to get clean my cabinets, took my paint off which I think is what upset me the most. Idk what they cleaned my granite countertops with but it’s beyond smeared along with my floor.. it doesn’t look clean. It looks like grease was swiped over all of it. I thought I was paying for my tile and grout to be cleaned (this was on this checklist) but that part wasn’t checked off. I really don’t think any part of my walls got washed, which was also on the checklist. They didn’t clean inside the microwave door, which was on the list. I really cannot tell anything has been cleaned aside from my oven, tubs, sinks, and tvs… for it to have been two of them, and as long as I stayed gone today at my inconvenience, I’m so upset. I do not recommend this company. All I had heard was how they’re all about “detail”, but that is the farthest thing from my experience. I already had the house very clean and straightened up, just needed a deep cleaning which was not what I received.
