    This company is terrible. Install is shoddy work. The units break down every year and now I’m having to pay other companies to fix them, even though he says he offers a warranty on his work. He will find a way to charge you thousands of dollars. Doesn’t follow up, doesn’t respond or show up when he says he will. Steer clear of this company!

    He had an F on his rating up until a month ago. ******* review….don’t let her review fool you. She’s his office lady. Asks for full payment upfront. Doesn’t show up. Missed three deadlines. Workmanship very subpar. I ended up firing him and he hasn’t returned any of the full amount paid. A job that should have taken three days was still not done after a month after receiving full payment.

    Sunshine has done a lot of work for me. New units, new duct work, drainage ditch and a lot more. Very professional, knowledgeable & honest. I am very pleased with all of the work they did and I highly recommend them.
