      I purchased a washer and on 06/29/2024. On date of delivery the the items were delivered on a flat bed truck in the rain. There were customer service issues that happen and was voice to the salesman and apology at the time was sufficient. However, after attempting to use the dryer. The dryer did not work. Contacted the salemans and was advised I had to wait to the following Monday for maintenance. (more customers issue hard to get intouch with the saleman. Was not provided a time. Had to call serval time. Eventually when the repair man came. He confirmed the dryer had water damage and a new dryer would be in best interest. No called. After Eventually getting intouch with the salesman. I was advise he would speak to his partner and locate another dryer and deliver a applicable dryer. After a few days a dryer was delivered that assume works (I have not pluge the dryer up) but did not look (appearance) the same as the original agreed purchased. I immediately called the salesman and expressed it was unacceptable. I was told that that was all available in store. I stated the dryer was not to my liking and why not give me the choice to come in and pick another option. After going back fourth. The sale offered to fix the original dryer and keep the 2nd dryer as a loaner. I disagree and hung up. Within minutes my partner who was with me doing the sale enter the store and request them to pick up the dryer and cancel the sale. A new salesman advised the washier could not be returned because we had used the item. I was present on the phone the entire conversation. I agreed that keeping washier was accepted because no issues had occurred and we did use the item. The 2nd salemans advised he would fix the contact and call me the following day. The next day came again they continue trying to get me to keep the dryer . I repeated I no longer wanted to move forwarded with the dryer. Now I am being told all sales all finial when this was not told provided or stated in the store.
