    Beware, beware. This storage unit company is the most irresponsible one we have ever used. We rented a storage unit for our personnel possessions while waiting for our house to be finished. They gave us a unit that the door did not close to keep out water, not discovered until after all property was put in the unit. It took three times to get them to provide a seal for the door. When we went to move our property out we discovered that the units were far from providing protection to our household goods! There was a large leak that allowed water into the back half of the unit and not only ruined out possessions but created a very, very bad black mold situation. *Health Issue* there was mold was from the floor up the walls and all over our possessions. This rotted and caused unrepairable damage to several of our possessions (********) including an expensive pool table, antique chests, antique wool rug and several other valuable items. We specifically pointed this out to the owner and asked if they had insurance, of which they stated they would have to check. After several requests for their attention to this they were finally able to tell us no insurance was provided. In the agreement there of course was a damage relief clause that they stood behind, even though it was obvious that this water damage was something that they should have taken responsibly due to the extreme damage and health issues that were caused by their negligence to provide a reasonably safe area for household goods storage. I note that in the adjoining units that were open, the mold was seen on the walls there also. Note that there were also issues gaining access through the security gate with codes not working. Bottom line, I would not recommend using this establishment for storage of anything as they do not act responsibly.
