    Ordered an item in November 2022, and as weeks went by I never got an update on the order. After various attempts to contact the company to cancel the order as days went by, I came to find out via social media he "went out of business". The phone number was disconnected, and again no emails were returned. I then opened a dispute with my finance company in December. In February 2023, I receive an email saying my order is shipping soon. I sent again multiple emails to cancel the order and to not ship but was ignored and the item was shipped. It never was delivered as I refused the package and was sent back to the sender. My finance company then sends me a notification that my dispute was not in my favor as the company shipped the item and was delivered but had proof that the item was sent back to the sender and since the loan was being disputed it was showing as missed payments the loan was charged off. I just want the business to reimburse me for my money to pay the loan off or legal action will be taken as my credit is being damaged.

    Total paid via ******: $366.17
    Received an email confirming order. Never responded to my multiple emails asking for a shipping update. Website said orders would be shipped in 7-10 days. Still no shipping info or response to emails. The phone number I found gets no response either.

    I ordered several jeep parts from this company totaling $1,133.23. On January 13th and I have not received my order to date on feb 22, I have called the business but there number is disconnected, I have attempted to use their chatbot on the website but nobody will talk to me on there. It's been over a month with zero contact from the business and zero delivery of the product. The website even says they have the product in stock.
