    I have gone to Tim Fords Powersports for the last 2 years and they put 3 new batteries in my boat about 18 months ago. One went bad about 4 months ago and I had them replaced it at my cost. Last week that 4-month-old battery went bad and due to poor/rude customer service previously I went ******** ****** and had them replace the bad 4 month old battery. Went to get refund at Tim Fords Powersports and they said they had to charge the battery, (which was already charged). It took 4 days. The first day someone unplugged the charger, the second day it wasn't fully charged, got no answer on the 3rd day and finally on day 4 they said it was a bad battery. About 5 months I dropped off my boat to get my **** **** trolling motor fixed and have my new ****** fish finder installed. They said it would be a week. 4 weeks later I picked up my boat and the trolling motor still did not work, and the fish finder they installed was lose and wobbly, (which I had to take a part and reinstall it properly). Fought them to get refunded on the trolling motor they did not fix, and the receptionists were just as rude as could be and would say they passed on messages for call backs and did not and would also put me on hold for 10 plus minutes plus. Once I had enough, I asked to see the owner. She was actually very nice and apologetic and was able to get my refund. I told her about the games and rudeness of her staff. Tim Fords Powersports CAN NOT FIX TROLLING motors no matter what they tell you and would advise to look elsewhere for any other boat repair or service.
