    I was charged $60 charge on account on 11/20/24 after canceling service in August. I was told on the day it was canceled that everything was taken care of and I didn't need to do anything else. Any credits owed to me would be credited back to my payment method. I saw no charges until 11/20/24, and was told my service was never canceled when I called. Something about a merge from Monster to Pointe Broadband. This should not be my problem, they owe me $60.

    I work for Home and have used Monster Broadband for the past five years without much interruption. However, a new company has taken over and since about April 2023 called Point . The internet in June alone on was out interrupted on 6/5 and 6/6and 6/10 and 6/13 and 6/15 and now again today since 100am. I have never filed a complaint on any company before, however, my livelihood, as work from home registered nurse I must have reliable service. In May approximately four -five days there was downtime, and I have those dates if necessary. I have to work and I am paying for a service every month that is not holding up its end of the contract. I placed a call this morning at 5:45 AM I reached a service center and at 8:35 I still had not gotten an update on resolution or problems they had found. I know you probably dont care about this but its so frustrating to try to do my job and not have the infrastructure that I pay for each month not operating. Im sure this will go in the spam folder or to trash but I feel like this company should be more responsible and responsive to its paying customers whos livelihood rely on internet! Please let me know if this is being investigated. Many thanks ************************* ********* ** ************
