      They don't deserve even one star!!! I have been renting from them for almost a year and they are ridiculous. They don't answer the phone or their texts. They don't take any money orders any more. O fell behind cause I got hurt at work. Workmen's comp. paid me only 710. I tried to make the payment on line and I couldn't. Dionna S***** rejected my money order saying in a text it needs to be paid in full. Told me if I sent my money order to the office it will be returned. In other words rejected. I owe 1728.10. With the payment of 710 it would have lowered it to 1,018. I was going to pay off the rest every two weeks. But she would not work with me. Dionna S***** is the owner/agent and doesn't know how to handle a business.

      This company deserves 0 stars, but that is not an option. This company does not answer the phone, does not have a way to leave voicemails, and it states that if you send a text to them that they will get back with you- but they do not. They increased the rent by $200/mo when they took ownership from previous owner, and since they have been in charge, approx. 4 months, they have mowed the lawn once (VERY poorly I'd like to add). That's not including individual yards, that's just the front and sides of the property. They sent out a text that the 1st of next month they would no longer accept money orders as a form of payment for lot rent. They also took over the water bill so we no longer pay the water board for our bill- we pay them for it, but we can't see what charges we have other than the total. I left a message for someone to call me back 2 weeks ago, and I haven't received a call yet. They bought out a poor community and raised prices and do less than previous owners. If that doesn't tell you what kind of people they are, I don't know what will. This business needs to be held accountable for the actions and neglect it is in charge of. I hope that the people in charge of this company lose their business license. This company is a sick, sad joke.
