    Goff's was in my area, and I asked if they could clean up a tree with limbs near the house. The tree looks much better. And more importantly, I don't run the risk of a limb knocking off shingles or a gutter in a storm. Their price was good, their people friendly and efficient.

    Waiting and Waiting with no actions.....
    This outfit is 100% a joke ! I first contacted this “ Business” about a tree down on a property I own in Manchester TN. I was told they would go out to look at the downed tree and get back to me with an estimate. This part went fine , they did so and gave me a quote of $800. So then I waited and waited ….no contact from them. I called back a week later...They told me they could not get out to the property because there trucks were in Florida. OK..I said...so I again asked them to put me back on the schedule and get to my property as soon as the scheduled could fit me in. Again I waited and waited...10 days...I called back.....They told me they were sorry they did not know why I was not taken care of yet , he asked me the address and I told him , he then asked me if it was quoted at $800 I said yes.......I again told them all the same info ...I did not mean to bug them I know they are busy..but I need the fallen tree taken out. The city of Manchester was calling me about this tree and I had to get it cleaned up. Again I got off the phone with them , I was 100 % polite . I waited another 7 days and nothing!! So today I called again...now a month of waiting on this outfit!!!!! I asked them yet again...I am still waiting for you to come out. He asked the address.... again I told him....He said the very same thing he always dose...”I will see why you have not been taken care of and I will call you right back” Well that was 8 hours ago!     Woodbury, TN 37190 9438733 is so unprofessional and no one should wast the time and aggravation of dealing with them. Do not try to use them, they are a total joke !!! I am going to post this with the BBB as well as on the web site to try and help as many ppl as I can to avoid this phony ! **** ****

    Very dependable, great communication, they explained in detail what I needed done and the job was done at a very reasonable price! Very professional!! Very pleased with their services! I would recommend!
