    AS per the attachments: 1-27-25 County Chipseal paved my driveway. Less than 2 weeks later, ants and weeds were coming thru the asphalt. I texted him on 3-25 sending pics of the issue. He sent a couple of guys with some weed spray and a torch which did not begin to solve the problem. On April 24, I texted again that the weeds were back. He did not reply. I texted again on 5-16 that I was not happy, he did not respond. On 5-29 I sent more pics showing that the weeds and grass were consuming the driveway. No answer. on 5-30 I texted that I would give him until Monday (6-1) to contact me or I would file a complaint. As per the contract, a 36 month warranty indicates they will fix it for the 3 years as promised

    In January hired county chipseal to chipseal my road. Paid 8000. At first it looked good, road started to have issues in Feb. Tried to call, went to voice mail, left numerous messages with no call back. Tried texting with the same result of no response. Strangely the 1st of this month, it appeared, and text him (****) and called me back. Explained my issues with the road. Stated he would fix it..He came back on the 13....swept the rock off ( if done correctly, would be a nice surface, in this case it actually looks worse than it was originally was. Said he would be back and asphalt patch and place a tar coating ,which would make it black. This is not what I paid for. I am a widow, older and live by myself... honestly, just wanted a nice job done with no exceptions. It has been 8 months now, he did give a 3 yr warranty. Just either want a good chipseal road, seems he can't do Orr return my money

    "We have come back and repaired the driveway twice I have offered to seal coat the driveway for free. We made an agreement on that then once I got it cleaned, she changed her mind. I am glad to redo the driveway at no cost her which I have let her know that but currently my Distributor truck that applies my oil is in the shop getting a new engine I will gladly redo the driveway, but I have filled her in with my issues. I completely understand her frustration, but also I have been trying to work with her. She agreed to the Seal code and changed her mind if she is fine with getting an another layer of chipseal put on that I will do that at no cost to her when my truck gets out of the shop."

    We paid this company $16, 000 to repave our driveway in June 2021..
    The contract states a 36 month warranty on their work.
    Within 11 months, the driveway needed repair.
    The owner did come to our house on July 23, 2022, and said he would be back in 2 weeks to repair the driveway.... He never showed up!!!!
    We finally got a hold of him by phone on October 4 in which he stated (once again) that they would be there in 2 weeks to do the repair...Still have not seen him!!!
    Now - they will not answer our calls or return any messages (email/text/phone).
