    Theyve had my truck for 2 weeks and havent even sent the bid to my warranty company for how much its going to cost to fix. There communication skills leave something to be desired and the rarely answer the phone.

    Have not been impressed. My warranty is through them so I take my smart car there. I've had to take it in for my AC to be fixed 4x. And they've had my car for 7 damn days. I'm really disgusted. I need a car. I don't have an extra one and they aren't great about keeping you informed. They don't offer a car when they keep yours for an ungodly amount of time. Just not right.

    My experience is that they will not return calls, billing is very confusing, and they would rather repair unrelated items they want to repair rather than what was requested. From management down, there is communication problems. I would not recommend unless you have a lot of money and a lot of patience.
