    I'm a local contractor I hired ****** construction to do a foundation he skipped off with $10,000 of my money is not returning calls I've sent certified letters if anybody uses this man you're in trouble do not use this company You've been warned this guy is a scam

    We have had to file a police report against this man for harassment and damage to our property. Our lawyer has been in contact, we did not receive $10,000 from this man. He made a deposit of $6,000, and that was used to pay our employees for a week of work, and the material used to set up for the foundation work. There was no permit pulled so we waited for months for him to get one. Once it was done we were on another job and he had to wait to get his job done, he was upset and started going to our personal properties and our business making threats to Mr. & Mrs. ******. Threats had been made on a yelp review as well. We have an open case with the local police department made 8/27/2024, and a follow up on 8/28/2024 due to him posting signs on our property stating he closed our business. As well as coming on our property and putting a chain and lock on our gate. From the work that is completed from the deposit, there is an overage of $225 that we have offered to return with our lawyer. The cost of repairs to our business have reached a total of $3,807.16. I've attached photos of the signs he's made and bolted to our front door, and our gate. 

    Local police department has let this man know to cease and desist any contact and to not come on our property anymore, on 8/28/2024.

    On 11/15/2022 a contractor I hired to build a shop, without my permission removed a large amount of dirt from my property leaving a hole so large that it cost $ 2375.00 to have the hole filled in by another contractor.
