    Avoid this place at all costs!! If I could give negative stars I would. My disabled aunt has been without a fully functioning chair for MANY MONTHS. The part they ordered to fix her chair was on back order and took over TWO MONTHS to arrive and was THE WRONG PART!!! So now she has already been waiting over a month for the new part to come in. They gave her a worthless loaner that broke and would not fit through her doorways. She is obese and has one leg due to diabetes complications and had to try to sit on her walker but ended up falling. The fire department had to come assist her getting into bed. She called this place on Friday but they left at noon and said there was nothing they could do until Monday and they only have TWO loaners! So she has no way to move around. This place is a joke and cares NOTHING about their customers. Avoid like the plague! Heed my advice and find another place!
