    Called first saying I needed a new radiator said bring it in. Hauled the radiator telling them first it is leaking around the neck and has for some time. The core on the other hand is leaking bad. Took 4 days to figure out I needed a new radiator core. Took a little to get one in not on them. They put it back together call its ready. I install it and not even before 140 degrees fluid started coming out in the same place on the neck. I get short and tell him he needs a new tester and he shoves me. Yes I said profanity and told him he needs to do his job. Guess what freedom of speech. I have more of a right to be passed then him I am a diesel mechanic for 23 year and this is for a week service company. Kyle the owner has a problem admitting his guys mad a mistake. If the customer is not happy you don't need a business.
