      The goodwill website says they don't accept hazardous materials, yet a bedsheet sailys under California law it will expose one to cancer causing chemicals and right after a transaction occured and that was noticed in the store I was told no refunds or exchanges happened.

      I also bought a king size bed sheets that doesn't fit my twin mattress. I complained and was told no refunds.

      This customer was not granted a refund initially in accordance with our return policy which states that all store sales other than clothing and electronics are final. Goodwill West Texas operates in compliance will all federal and Texas state laws regarding the safety of products that we sell. Because we value every shopper and donor at Goodwill, we did reach out to the customer to offer a refund in good faith. Additionally, we have created extra signage to be posted in stores at the point of sale, explaining our return policy.

      I purchased some clothing from the Goodwill the night of July 10, 2023. I and three other customers were told that since the dressing rooms were closed that we had 48 hours for returns. We just needed the receipt and the tags had to be on the clothing. Some of my items didn't fit so I took them in this afternoon with tags still on them and the receipt. I was told by the manager that they would not do a return it was exchange only. This we were not told last night. If I had been told that I would not have made any purchases would out being able to try the clothes on. I spent $29.10.
      I want them to honor their word and give my money back.
